So, let’s see: we have high unemployment, high gasoline prices, a collapsed housing market, a falling currency, yet “Mr. Change” that is President Obama is begging for more trouble? For that’s exactly what he’s doing when putting pressure on Israel to give up more land to the Palestinians, land they won in the Six Day War in 1967, and which in fact has always been theirs. God made a promise to Abraham long ago when He told him: “I’ll bless those that bless you, and I’ll curse him who  curses you.” (Gen.12:3).  America was blessed not because of Wall Street, or the Senate, or the House, neither because of our Supreme Court but because we have being a friend, a blessing to Israel! We turn our backs on Israel, and God will turn His back on America, having no incentive left to bless us! If you think we got it bad now, you just wait… God forbid! God says what He means and means what He says! If that’s the case and this administration keeps pushing Israel around, we need brace ourselves for what awaits us. Thank God for Prime Minister Netanyahu, who said ‘NO’ to relinquishing any more land to the Palestinians. Wish we could have someone like him in the White House who actually stands for something rather than fall for just about anything! The so-called ‘Arab Spring’ comes to mind….

I read they gave Usama bin Laden a proper Muslim burial, eventually depositing his body into an undisclosed part of Arabian Sea for his resting place. With the risk of sounding mean and cruel I must ask: what ‘resting’ place? This man went to his grave with much, much blood on his hands, that of moms and dads, boys and girls who didn’t have to die and didn’t want to die! ‘Resting’ place? May I suggest one? If he didn’t repent of his every transgression right before he died, and no, I do not believe that he did, his ‘resting’ place and ‘homecoming reception’ we find in Isa. 14:9-11, where it says: “Hell from beneath is excited about you, to meet you at your coming; it stirs up the dead for you, all the chief ones of the earth; it has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations. They shall speak and say to you: ‘Have you also become as weak as we? Have you become like us? Your pomp is brought down to Sheol.” No red carpet treatment here! He has joined the “Hell of Fame” that includes the likes of Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini and others… Nothing ‘restful’ about that, if you ask me!

I read about and hear this question over and again: “How do you think God feels about bin Laden’s death?” Since it involves God, let’s look at His Word and see what it has to say about it. And I’ll make  it short, just one verse, Gal. 6:7: “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.” Anybody remembering what this man sowed for the most part of his life? Let’s face it, he didn’t operate soup kitchens for the hungry, nor sponsored missionary work, neither donated Sunday school supplies to a church near him. No sir! He murdered people for a living! Thousands of them! He loved to hate and lived to kill! He sowed death and got to reap the same. Just to be sure, I did say ‘reap’ and not ‘RIP’… So, now you know!

Her last words to her mom before she died were “I’m innocent, Mom!” Hena Achter, only 14 , was accused by a Bangladesh village elders of having an affair with a married man, and was subjected to 101 lashes which were to be delivered swiftly and in public. She dropped after 70, was taken to the hospital where she died one week later. An initial autopsy cited no injuries and deemed her death a suicide. I wonder: does their Koran not condemn lying?Think you have bad here in the States? How would you like to live in a country like that? The man she was accused of having an affair with, and who eventually was found to have raped her, was able to escape after a few lashes and disappeared. She complained of this man harassing her several times to the village elders, but to no avail. And now she’s dead! Dead at the hands of the very same people she appealed to for protection, but who failed her  just a short time prior to her rape and ‘execution’, for that’s exactly what this sham was – an execution!  After all, they’ve done this before, and had to know she wasn’t gonna survive the beating! They claim they had no choice in the matter, that their Islamic law required that she be punished that way.

Contrast this please with the story of the woman caught in adultery we find in Joh.8:1-12. The Pharisees brought this adulteress to Jesus asking that she be stoned. She was indeed caught in the very act of adultery, for she never did deny it. By the way, the man she was accused of committing adultery with was nowhere to be found, he got away it seems just like the one accused of raping the 14 year old. Such is religious hypocrisy! The Pharisees wanted to stone her, and asked the Lord: “Well, should we or shouldn’t we do it?”  They really didn’t care much about the woman, nor about the sin of adultery, they were just tempting the Lord, trying to get Him to incriminate Himself, knowing He was only too merciful and would not consent to the woman being stoned, and thus accuse Him of breaking the Law of Moses. They wanted to get Him on being compassionate! You think about this now! Again, such is religion! Cold, dark, empty, lifeless… He looked at the Pharisees, and told them: “You want to stone her? Go ahead! Those of you who are without sin, go ahead,  you first, throw your stones at her!” But when they heard that, they were convicted by their conscience the Bible says, and one by one dropped their stones and left the scene, from the oldest to the youngest. The Lord looked at the woman… She was frightened, made herself small, knew she was guilty and was sure she was gonna die. He looked at her and asked her: “Woman, where are you accusers? Has no one condemned you?” She looked up… She’s never heard a voice that tender, she’s never seen eyes that loving, her fear was gone, she stood up and said: “No one, Lord.”  She called Him ‘Lord’!  Not ‘Teacher’,  ‘Good Master’ or ‘Rabbi’,  but ‘ Lord’,  for Grace brought an instant change in her heart and she made Christ Lord and Saviour of her life.  Jesus looked at her and told her: “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.”

Again, please contrast the two stories… See the difference?  Christ sparing the guilty, Islam killing the innocent; Christ dying for others, Islam  causing others to die; Christ told the guilty: “Neither do I condemn you; go, and sin no more.”  Mohammed’s bloodthirsty henchmen, bound the tiny, terrified 14 year old, with no one around to help her, sadistically whiplashing her till she dropped. Mohammed’s Islam does not understand redemption, will not extend forgiveness, cannot accept grace, for Islam is a dark, demonic, bloodthirsty religion who’s prophet is a fraud, and who’s god is the prince of darkness, Satan himself! Therefore those enslaved to Islam can never rise above what their religion expounds, they are what Islam is, anything but peaceful!

I do not cherish posting blogs like this…. I just wanted to remind those of us who love the Lord, how blessed we are to serve the King of kings and the Lord of lords, and not be enslaved to a false religion, a false god. Had it not been for the grace of God, every single one of us could have been born in a Muslim country, our lives plunged into the dark depths of Islam, into a night of eternal torment! Thank God you live in America, but more than that, thank God you’re saved!

Lastly, if the Mosaic Law demanded that adultery be punished by stoning, and indeed it did, then did not Jesus break the Law of Moses by sparing the woman who was caught in it? The answer is no,  He didn’t!  As a matter of fact, he fulfilled the Law! But how, you ask? By dying for her at Calvary, and thus paying the penalty for her sins! And what He told her that fateful day, rings true for every single one of us, in the words of an old song that says:

“Neither do I condemn thee”, oh words of wondrous grace,                                                      Thy sins were born upon the cross, believe and go in peace,                                                     “Neither do I condemn thee”, oh sing it o’er and o’er,                                                                   “Neither do I condemn thee… Go and sin no more.”

Got sin? If you do, He’s got Grace! And He’s willing to trade, right here and right now: you give Him your sins, and He will give you His Grace.  Now that’s what I call trading ‘up’!

I don’t quite understand why the big fuss over the royal wedding that’s going to take place today, and thank God it does, so Fox News can go back to it’s regular schedule of broadcasting real news…. Now please don’t judge me to harsh for what I just said, but I really don’t get it. You’ve got millions of people who’d been traumatized by divorce, excited over two people getting married. Millions of others barely making ends meet, breathlessly waiting for two spoiled rich kids to say ‘I do”.  And then millions more, out of shape, some overweight, many at odds with style, others downright out of luck when it comes to their appearance, yet marveling over the grossly unfair good looking young couple. To make matters worse, all these people know the prince and would be princess by their names, but aren’t known by them, therefore aren’t invited to the big party. And so, I must ask again: why the big fuss then over this whole ‘royal’ deal? Are some people so dejected with their lives that they have simply given up and would rather settle for fantasizing about somebody else’s momentous life events, royal or otherwise? And speaking of ‘royal’: do you wanna be in a real a ‘royal’ wedding where you’re one of the principal players and not just a mere observer? Then say ‘yes’ to Christ, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, that you too may be at the soon coming Wedding of the Lamb, where everyone’s a prince, everyone a princess!  Rev. 1:6 the Bible says: “To Him who loved us, and washed us from our sins in His own blood, and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be the glory and dominion forever and ever.” Everything Jesus is we’re going to be too, because of the Price He paid on Calvary. That beats being  the “Duke of Something” in some old hysteric, pardon me, in some old historic London neighborhood….

So then, I ask you again: you wanna go ‘royal’? If yes, petition the King! His guest list is still open, all are invited, not one will be turned away!
